We are a fully custom design and décor rental company. We specialize in draping, lighting, and décor pieces to fit any theme or event vision. We can assist in the overall design of your event, and have in-house rental pieces to give you the look and feel you dream of. From uplights and custom monogram lighting, draping a ballroom, to dramatic focal pieces; champagne walls and oversized décor perfect for photo-ops, we can transform a space and create an environment you and your guests will remember for years to come.
YES! We are a fully licensed LLC in the state of FL with proper licensing and certifications to do the work we do. Always check that your vendors are properly insured.
We have years of experience creating and designing for weddings, milestone birthday celebrations, galas and fundraising events, holiday events (Breakfast with Santa, Trick or Treat Street, NYE parties, and more), theatrical productions and corporate events / theatre. No event is too SMALL or too LARGE!
The sooner the better! Our calendar fills FAST, and because we want to ensure each event is given our full attention, we will not overbook days just to get the work. When you book with WeberSCENIC you are ensured that a member of our managing team will be onsite to oversee the implementation of design and trouble shoot any last minute details. We would love to make your vision a reality whether in town, or across the country! We CAN make destination events happen, but need ample lead time to execute designs in new spaces, so BOOK EARLY!
Your event date is secure when we receive your non-refundable retainer fee, the amount of which will be outlined in your rental contract.
If you design requires a technician to be onsite during the event – to move rental pieces, adjust fabric, or change lighting, etc – this will be discussed and added to your contract. Most events do not require this service, but we are always willing to be there if need be!
